Top Bar Buttons
| ⊕ Change Source | Go back to choose a different audio source (file, mic, or demo) |
| 🎤 Microphone | Toggle live microphone input — visuals react to room audio in real time |
| 🖼️ Logo Overlay | Upload images (DJ logos, graphics). Green/white backgrounds are automatically removed. Drag to reposition, use corners to resize |
| ↺ Auto-Cycle | Automatically switch to a new visual preset on a timer (3s to 120s) |
| 🎬 Visual Mode | Cycle between Butterchurn visuals → Video Loops → Visuals Off. Video loops are loaded from the server and play fullscreen behind the logo overlay |
| 📱 Phone Remote | Shows a 4-letter code + QR code. Scan or go to www.thedjlab.ca/remote on your phone to control everything wirelessly |

Logo / Image Overlay
| Upload images | Load up to 9 images at once — use the setup screen or 🖼️ button |
| Auto background removal | Green, white, or any solid background is automatically removed |
| Threshold / Softness / Spill | Fine-tune the background removal in the controls panel |
| Drag & resize | Drag the image to move it. Drag corners to resize |
| 💥 Bass Boom | Makes the image pulse and shake to the beat — with 8-band EQ control |
| 💾 Save settings | Remembers position, size & chroma settings per image for next time |
| Keys 1–9 | Quick-switch between loaded images |
📱 Phone Remote Control
Tap the 📱 button to get your connection code. On your phone, scan the QR code or visit
www.thedjlab.ca/remote and enter the code.
From your phone you can: switch between logo slots, browse and search all 300+ visual presets,
save favourites, toggle auto-cycle and bass boom, adjust image position and scale,
control chroma key settings, and toggle fullscreen — all without touching the computer.
Playback Controls
| ◀◀ / ▶▶ | Previous / next — works with Butterchurn presets and video loops |
| Preset name pill | Shows current preset — click it to skip to the next one |
| Progress bar | Click anywhere to seek within a loaded audio file |
| 🔊 Volume slider | Adjust audio playback volume |
| Drag & drop audio | Drop any MP3, WAV, or FLAC file onto the screen to load it |
